I believe meaningful bodywork begins with listening.
The body is constantly communicating through tension, posture, movement, breath, and sensation. Over time, these patterns can become so familiar that they fade into the background.
My role is not to force change, but to meet your body with curiousity, attentiveness, and respect for your individual experience.
Each session is a conversation between practitioner and body. Every person carries a different story—different patterns of stress, tension, and lived experience. By listening and responding, each session is tailored to what is present in the moment and what your body needs most that day.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this work creates space for greater awareness, ease, and connection within your body.
Clients often leave feeling physically relieved, more open in their movement and breathing, and more aware of patterns they hadn’t previously noticed.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Houston, Texas, and the practitioner behind Resonance Holistic Works. I provide personalized bodywork designed to reduce tension, relieve stress, and support recovery and overall well-being.
My work draws from a variety of approaches depending on individual needs, including massage therapy, craniosacral techniques, neuromuscular techniques, manual lymphatic drainage, clinical aromatherapy, reflexology, and other supportive methods.
Rather than focusing on a single modality, I focus on the person in front of me.
Each session is guided by attentive listening, thoughtful assessment, and responsive care, allowing treatment to adapt in real time based on what your body needs.
Whether you're experiencing chronic tension, physical discomfort, stress, or simply looking for space to slow down and reset, my goal is to provide care that supports greater ease and comfort in your body.
